About
I spent twenty years at the flagship JW Marriott in Lima, Peru, working nearly every corner of a five-star property: guest rooms, the executive lounge, fine dining, room service, and the uniforms department. I learned to lead teams of thirty or more through peak seasons, major events, and VIP stays with warmth, precision, and accountability.
Today I live in Gypsum, Colorado with my husband, John Rounds. I welcome guests at the Vilar Performing Arts Center in Beaver Creek, volunteer with the Vail Valley Foundation, and serve as a partner in two companies we built together: Doble AI, a bilingual technology firm serving small businesses, and Latam PlanB, a relocation advisory for families exploring life in Latin America.
Spanish is my native language, English my working one, and hospitality the one I speak everywhere. I have carried it through more than thirty countries and counting.
